Ingredients

For Pimento Cheese:

  • 1 1/2 c. Sharp White Cheddar (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz. Pimento Peppers (with liquid)
  • 1/3 c. Mayo
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Backyard Burger Blend

For Jalapeno Relish:

  • 3 Jalapenos
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Backyard Burger Blend

Instructions

For Pimento Cheese:

  1. Place ALL INGREDIENTS into large mixing bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  2. Place into serving dish and cover with foil. Rest in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Take out and serve!

For Jalapeno Relish:

  1. Rough chop Jalapenos, Bell Pepper, Garlic Cloves, and Onion. Place ingredients into food processor. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  2. Add Vinegar, Sugar, Backyard Burger Blend. Pulse until mixed well.
  3. Top Pimento Cheese or leave it on the side.
  4. MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH

Notes

  • You can use this as a dip or as a sandwich topping.
  • If you don't want a sweetness to the relish, just remove the sugar.
