Ingredients

For Meatballs

  • 2 tbsp. Ultimate Slice
  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (fine chop)
  • 1 c. Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1/4 c. Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 c. Milk

For Marinara

  • 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 6 oz. Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion (fine chop)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp. Ultimate Slice
  • 2 oz. Red Wine (optional)

For Sammich

  • 4 Bread Rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions

For Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. While oven is preheating, mix all ingredients in large mix bowl. Once well incorporated, roll meat into about 1 oz. Meatballs.
  3. Place on baking pan and bake for 35 min.
  4. Pull and top with Marinara.
  5. MUNCH!

For Marinara

  1. In medium hot pan, place oil. Add Onion to pan. Once fragrant, add Garlic. Once Garlic is fragrant, add all other ingredients.
  2. Let simmer for 10 min.
  3. You're done! That's it!

For Sammich

  1. Bread. Meatballs. Cheese. Marinara. You know what to do.

Notes

  • Add Crushed Red Pepper or Five Pepper Blend to sauce for a Spicier version
  • Use Marinara for all things Italian. Pizza sauce, Spaghetti Sauce, etc.
